HePaDaQ SOLUTIONS in Hoensbroek.
As owner of this company, I am working in the entire Benelux.
This by, for example operating as an advisor for purchases and sales in various market segments or as Rep. Agent for different manufacturers and companies.
During my employment history, I have experienced that there is a lot of misunderstanding about long-term business.
Main problem : by increasing pressure from management at all levels in their sales organisation, they often believe they will get better results, but unfortunately this is not true.
If you don’t motivate, or explain and communicate, the opposite will happen in the entire company..
My motto is very simple:
Discuss and put on writing what you expect from everyone and make sure that you do as you promised.
Be honest if something is not possible, and communicate about this.
this to your customers as well as your employees.


2008 – 2014

TTI Benelux in Eindhoven.
Worldwide company with Texas USA as HQ , European HQ in Maisach-Gerlinden (Munich Germany) as part of the Berkshire Hathaway Group
Worked here as Field Account Representative for region Luxembourg, Belgium and The Netherlands (Limburg and the Southern part of Gelderland)
Selling the package of passive-, interconnect and electromechanical components to CEM’s and OEM’s.
Convincing the customers of the quality of TTI and it’s capability and strength to solve their logistic problems in selling components and equipment by means of AIRS. (Advanced Inventory Reservation System)
At the same time giving technical advice to research and development departments of end customers together with leading manufacturers like T.E. Connectivity (Tyco), Molex, FCI, Souriau, Delphi, Harwin, Radial, AVX, KEMET, Yageo, Murata, Panasonic, Amphenol, Omron, Toshiba, Honeywell, Bourns, Epcos, Glenair.
Working with leading companies in Europe like Thales, Connectronnics, Barco, EADS/Cassidian, Neways, TBP, Philips, Caterpillar, Jabil Circuit, Bosch, Esaote, Stienen, Venne to set up logistic agreements for cooperation in providing parts.
In these 3 years I almost tripled the turnover for this area, knowing that this is a big challenge for Dutch people to do business in Belgium.


2007 – 2008

Jaro Cleaning-organisation in Geleen.
Worked here as Account Manager for region Limburg.
Implementation of the acquisition plan, actively approaches new customers, tenders (calculations) maintaining contacts with existing constituents for cleaning work, window cleaning and facility services varying of offices, company halls, factories, apartment complexes, child nurseries and shopping centres.
Moreover selling and recommending cleaning product and material at companies with an own cleaning service.
Beside above function I have also other tasks in my task parcel. Among others I was responsible within the organisation for setting up the quality system which start 2008 it is realised (ISO 9001:2000).
Also writing the quality manual with external consultancy and looking after internal communication. Thereby restructuring the department technical service incl. setting up a logistical system for stock control of the objects.



2006 – 2007

Weidmüller Benelux Bv in Hilversum.
I've worked here as an Account Manager for the Southern part of Holland.
My task is to sell the total Weidmüller program (Terminal blocks / Printed Circuit Board connectors / Sensor Actor Interfaces / Heavy Duty Connectors / Tools / Cable- and Terminal block markers / Boxes and Industrial Ethernet components).
This by visiting ET wholesalers, power- and switchboard constructors , machine manufactures and original equipment manufacturers for making agreements about selling , discount and delivery conditions.


2003 – 2006

Hager Electro Bv in s’-Hertogenbosch.
Worked here as a Project Manager for the Southern part of Holland.
My task was to “sell” Hager KISS and Building Solutions concept in the whole Building Trade.
This by visiting investors, developers, architects, housing associations, firms of consultants, municipality and local authorities, care institutes and contractors to get declarations of intent.
Also give training and lecture about the system.



1999 – 2003

Hager Electro Bv te s’-Hertogenbosch
I ‘ve worked here as a Technical Consultant for the Southern part of Holland.
Electrical installation – and salessupport for for power- and switchboard constructors.
Doing this specific in the region Zuid-Holland, Zeeland, Noord-Brabant, Gelderland en Limburg. Set up prognoses for sales together with the customers , sign up contracts and loyalty rebate.
Set up technical trainee periodes and give support in construction and calculation methodes for power- and switchboard constructions.



1993 – 1999

Making purchase and discount agreements with ET wholesalers and controling the stock and orders.
Making work preporations and planning for 12 electricians.

I’ve worked here as a Technical Designer AUTOCAD.
