Key responsibilities:
Responsible for the sales organisation and sales targets of the Steigenberger Kurhaus Hotel.
Responsible for a sales team of 3 people, 2 – Sales Managers and 1 external (UK based) consultant, covering the Corporate, MICE, Association and Leisure segment and partial responsibility for reservations department, conference & events department and marketing.
Responsible for preparing and executing annual Marketing and Business Plan for the Steigenberger Kurhaus Hotel, commercial and sales action plans, annual budget and strategy together with the Hotel Manager and Area General Manager.
Responsible for extending existing and new client portfolio in key business segments (Corporate, MICE and Leisure).
Increase market share, vs. competitive set (bench) in key market segments.
Liaison for Global Sales Associates and Regional Sales Teams.
Responsible for Conference & Events and Rooms Forecast.
Responsible for financial reporting and accounts receivables.
Key liaison for all Embassies and Government.
Co-responsible for recruiting team members commercial (Business Development) department together with Hotel Manager.

Steigenberger Kurhaus Hotel, welcoming 11 high level delegations.
Assistance in sales process of Kurhaus real estate, through site visits
