After 2 veluable years working at Booking.com as Customer Service Executive , I am ready for a new challenge to develop further my personal and professional skills , to learn, to grow
My values : good knowledge of myself and human nature. Perfect in making connections with people on all levels, building trust and long teams relations with customers and colleagues.
Knowledge of Russian mentaliteit and culture, In stress or conflict situations I keep calm and clear in my mind, saving the balance between respect to the customer and loyalty to the company I work for. I am able to provide excellent performance independently from any situation outside me and able to understand and hear what is the customer really wants or complaints about by going behind the emotions.
